Agree on available time, a comfortable spending limit and a meeting area before collecting suggestions. If someone prefers not to name an amount, use no-spend, modest spending or flexible as starting points. Work from the lowest comfortable budget so nobody has to justify what they can afford. A plan that requires someone to overspend is not a shared solution.
“I would enjoy coffee” is a preference. “I need to leave by eight” is a boundary. Ask each person for one wish and one requirement. Step-free access, a place to sit, dietary needs or a quiet setting should not be voted away. Remove unsuitable options first, then let each person suggest at most one activity. Aim for two or three genuinely different choices.
One friend wants a walk, another cannot stand for long, a third wants to limit spending and the fourth needs to leave early. A long uninterrupted route will not work. A nearby meeting point, an optional short walk and a seated break give the group more flexibility. Keep a paid final stop optional and settle the early departure route before starting.
Birlikte Seç matching rounds are for two people. The first person likes or passes ideas; the second reviews the same ideas; results show shared likes. Pass one phone or share the invitation after the first turn. There is no live multi-person voting room. For a larger group, share discovery cards as a shortlist and ask everyone to respond “yes / yes with a condition / no”. Understand the condition before narrowing the options.
Share small organising tasks rather than leaving every booking and message to one person. After the outing, ask what everyone would repeat. This is more useful for the next plan than trying to make every minute perfect.
