Information we use
Guests can browse without providing a name or email. Language, city preferences and guest saved plans remain in your browser. When membership is enabled, verified email, display name, optional city, saved plans, and visit dates and memory notes you add support account features. Contact forms collect your name, email, topic and message.
Purpose and retention
Preferences support discovery and saved plans. Contact requests are retained for up to 180 days; expired entries are cleared on the next form or administration access. A daily one-way hash derived from the IP address helps limit abuse; the raw IP is not stored with your message. The hosting provider may process technical access logs for security.
Analytics and providers
Place photos may load from the credited external source, which receives technical connection information such as an IP address. Google Analytics is not loaded without analytics consent. When configured, it may receive page paths, but not message contents, email addresses or choices from invite links. Hosting and enabled identity providers process information to deliver their services, and infrastructure may be located outside Türkiye. Your details are not added to sponsor lists.
Shared links
Invite links contain the first person’s choices. Anyone with the link can read its contents; share it only with your intended partner. Guest plans do not automatically sync across devices.
Your controls
Use your account to download or delete stored profile, plan and journal data. Visits are not tracked automatically; you add your own entries. Clearing browser storage removes local preferences. Request access, correction or deletion through Contact, choosing “My personal data”. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
Optional audience information
Adults may optionally consent to sharing an age band and self-described gender for aggregate audience reports. No birth date or sexual orientation is requested. Responses can be withdrawn and deleted from Account. Partners receive aggregate reports, never profile-level names, emails or notes. Groups with fewer than ten responses are hidden. Anonymous browser measurements are collected only with analytics consent, using random identifiers, page-load counts and estimated visible-page time. Browser identifiers expire after 30 days and measurement records older than 90 days are cleared on the next measurement or report request. These measurements are not linked to demographic answers.
